For the second time this week the state capitol is the target of a bomb threat. According to DPS officials this threat was more precise, telling 911 operators the exact time and location the bombs would go off inside the building.  According to investigators the caller tells Austin police that bombs would be set off at 9 this morning and they are located inside the capitol offices on East and West side of building.  That didn’t happen and now the building is re-opened.
