A vendor who sells his ware at Dealey Plaza is looking forward to his day in court. 
Groden can still sell his newspapers and espousze his theories while his federal lawsuit winds its way through the courts.  On June 13th the city of Dallas  began a crackdown on those vendors claiming they have become aggressive harassing tourists who want to see the Kennedy murder site.  They began issuing citations for anyone who didn’t have a permit.  On June 30th, Groden filed suit claiming his first amendment rights were being violated
