A federal judge has sentenced a southeast Texas man to 90 years in prison for sexually exploiting children. James Rustin Stewart of Groves pleaded guilty earlier this year to three sexual exploitation counts. Prosecutors say Stewart exploited at least three children to create pornography found on his computer.
