A man going for a walk in his neighborhood Friday morning was attacked by two pit bulls. Police say the man, who is in his 60s, was walking down Monticello when the two pit bulls appeared, and attacked him. Dallas Police Senior Corporal Janice Crowther says the man struggled against the dogs, and managed to get away and rush to a neighbor’s house. Police say the woman called 9-1-1. Officers caught the dogs, but they did not have collars or identification, now police are looking for the owners. The man was taken to the hospital, and is expected to be OK, but police say he’s lucky to be alive.
