At the Modern in Fort Worth, the exhibit Focus: Ben Jones. His work investigates new methods of pictorial storytelling. www.themodern.org

At the Crow Collection of Asian Art in Dallas, the exhibit Modern Twist, Bamboo Works From the Clark Center and the Art of Motoko Maio. Also on exhibit at the museum, New Vision, Ballpoint Drawings by Il Lee. www.crowcollection.org

Five years after the devastating fire that destroyed the Museum of Biblical Arts in Dallas, the new museum is now open. www.biblicalarts.org

The Amon Carter Museum has up the free exhibit, Ansel Adams: Eloquent Light. It features 40 photographs by the artist.

Contemporary Dance/Fort Worth ends their 7th Annual Modern Dance Festival this weekend at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Two events on Saturday. One is a documentary film called Invitation to the Dance: Body and Taboo.
