Andy Hinds was killed Tuesday night when he was struck in the head by a boat’s propeller. His body was not recovered until just before noon Wednesday, in about 30 feet of water and 100 yards from the boat ramp on Dove Loop Road near Oak Grove Park on the south shore of Grapevine Lake. He was boating with friends Tuesday night when he went overboard. Investigators are still looking into why.
