DFW Home Sales Down 29% From Last Year

The latest report from the Texas A-and-M Real Estate Center shows that North Texas home sales fell nearly 30 percent in July compared with a year earlier. Meanwhile, prices were up slightly. The median home sale price climbed about about one percent to 155-thousand dollars, meaning half the homes sold for less than that and half went for more.
