More Powder Envelopes In North Texas

Even MORE envelopes with white powder are delivered to North Texas businesses.

More suspicious envelopes were discovered this morning, one late Monday night. Since last week, there have been a total of 23 envelopes. Dallas FBI agent Mark White says in each case, the sender appears to want to scare people, not to harm them.  One mosque got an envelope, two churches and the rest have been businesses.  All have been harmless powder, and White says field testing shows it’s either corn starch or flour that’s been in the envelopes.
