Newspaper ads will name names and show how much is owed which, in some cases, totals as much as seven-thousand dollars.Arlington’s planning another of those periodic round-ups where police go out in search of those who have failed to take care of warrants stemming from infractions like traffic tickets.  But before armed officers fan out on August 23rd, the city is hoping to shame scofflaws into compliance by publishing their names in the newspaper.
