The project to build a rail line to DFW Airport may be back in gear.   In June DART blamed the economy for an indefinite delay of the Orange Line project. But now DART chairman William Vilasco says it’s back on.  He expects more Federal money, cost savings from other projects and additional debt will restart the project.  The final section of the Orange Line and a Blue Line extension to the University of North Texas- Dallas campus could be preserved.    Vilasco anticipates the project could be completed in 2014.
