Fired Fed To Plead in Illegal Alien Employment Case

A former Dallas-area FBI agent has reportedly worked out a plea deal where she’ll admit she used illegal aliens to staff her restaurant in Rockwall. Ann Cox was sacked after she was charged.  Paperwork filed in federal court suggests that Cox will plead guilty to a misdemeanor referring to “…unlawful employment of aliens.” She’s due to appear before a federal judge in Dallas next week. Prosecutors say Cox engaged in what they call “…a pattern and practice of hiring and employing aliens…” while knowing they were not authorized to work in the U-S
