Rodolfo Vazquez was in Kokomo to service a water tower when he fell early Thursday evening. The Howard County Sheriff’s Office says he was wearing a safety harness and was found dangling about 50 feet off the ground when they arrived. An autopsy is scheduled for today but deputies believe Vazquez may have died from a broken neck. Firefighters say he was already dead when they got to him. OSHA will be out on the scene today to see if correct procedures were followed.
