More homes are up for sale in Dallas-Fort Worth these days. Listings are up 15 percent compared with this time last year. But that may be a mixture of good-and-bad news. Some real estate experts say it’s because low interest rates and attractive prices are making a lot of owners anxious to sell so they can move up to nicer homes. But another reason could be the large number of banks now putting foreclosed homes on the market.
