Firefighters found the man’s body in his kitchen between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. today.  Fire crews rolled up to the small duplex on Henderson about mid-way between Greenville and Central Expressway.  While still a few blocks away, they could see the black smoke rolling across the street.  One half of the duplex was only lightly damaged and the woman who lives there was not hurt.  But when firefighters began combing through the kitchen in the other half, where the flames apparently originated, they found the body of a man in his 30s.  They still don’t know exactly what sparked the fire.
