Across the street from expensive homes and close to a Mercedes dealership, a non-profit clinic has opened in Plano. The West Side Clinic has been set-up by Presbyterian Hospital Plano, St. Andrew Methodist Church, and the Collin County Adult Clinic. It’s on West 15th St. at Coit Rd. and will be open two days a week by appointment only. Local officials say they’re seeing a lot of need among middle-and-upper managment folks who’ve lost their jobs.
