The Rangers are on their way to the American League Championship Series for the first time ever. They beat the Rays 5-to-1 in last night’s winner-take-all Game 5 of the American League Division Series. Southpaw Cliff Lee was masterful, pitching a complete game with eleven strike-outs to eliminate Tampa Bay. The Rangers now host the Yankees in Game 1 of the ALCS in Arlington on Friday night.
