Councilman Burns Gives Emotional Speech

Fort Worth Councilman Joel Burns has gained national attention after giving an emotional speech Tuesday for the “It Gets Better” campaign. The nationwide campaign was started to help reach out to young gay people. Burns said he wished he could reach out to his own thirteen-year-old self, who struggled with being gay, and hoped that those listening would be able to give themselves a chance and see that life will get better. “It Get’s Better” was started in September after a gay teenager in Indiana killed himself for being made fun-of by classmates. Burns will also appear on CBS and CNN Friday.

Gay men have the highest death rate and drug use among men. Instead of showing simpathy for gay people, get them help for their perverted lifestyle. You are not born gay it’s a choice which means you can change.
