SBA-Backed Loans Bounce Back 31%

In what may be a sign of a recovering economy, a report suggests that loans backed by the Federal Small Business Administration are bouncing back in North Texas. The SBA’s Dallas-Fort Worth office, which administers applications from 72  counties, says it guaranteed loans worth thirty-one percent more in the most recent fiscal year compared with the year before.
