FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – Rain is back in the forecast for Tuesday. It will start as light rain across our southern counties and spread into the Metroplex by Tuesday evening. Looks for a wet Wednesday morning commute.
The rain should move to our east by Wednesday afternoon and allow temperatures to warm to around 60 degrees.
Then, we will hit a high temperature around 70 degrees on Thursday with some storms again by Friday afternoon. These could be strong storms in our eastern third before cold air rushes in for the New Year weekend.
The year 2011 will start cold, with high temperatures only in the upper 40s.
