Six Flags Holding Job Fair For Spring & Summer Positions

ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – As spring and summer approach, two popular North Texas theme parks are helping boost the local economy.

Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor held a joint job fair Saturday in Arlington.

Those interested in being lifeguards, ride attendants, security guards and retail, food and park services are among those encouraged to apply.

Combined, the parks are looking to fill more than 350 positions. About 450 people came out in the first of two job fairs Saturday. A spokeswoman asked for interested parties to continue to apply online, as each company may still conduct interviews after the fair.

If you missed Saturday’s job  fair, don’t worry, there’s another one Sunday. Anyone looking for a job with Six Flags should visit the Hurricane Harbor Center at 1800 E. Lamar Blvd. in Arlington from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

According to Six Flags officials, there are about 100-150 positions still open.

people should NOT be wasting money on sending their kids to six flags, they should be using that money to pay for their education.

Humans have their priorities totally backwards.
