FRED WAS AS EASY GOING AND AS GOOD A MAN TO EVERYONE WHO KNEW HIM. THE SECOND CRIME WOULD BE IF THIS PERSON DIDN’T GO TO PRISON. THAT FAMILY DESERVES JUSTICE. AND THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE IN FORT WORTH WHO MISS THIS MAN AND COULD TELL YOU MANY KIND WORDS ABOUT HIM. I KNOW THEY HAVE TO MISS THAT SMILE AND HIS KNIDNESS AS I DO……….

40 years? Sounds like a candidate for the death penalty to me. He beat him wi th a bat! How horrific is that. It’s a lot easier to pull a trigger, takes a real psychopath to beat someone nearly to death.

it should be either finish out his full sentence in prison or put him on trial for capitol murder. the last year of his victims life seems to have been full of pain and sorrow. his family has had a year to watch him suffer until he died. this man needs to know pain the rest of his life, death sentence is too good for him. he needs to suffer, he earned it, he deserves it.
