DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) It’s that glorious time of year when all of America’s college students set aside their calculus and history books to focus on the more pressing pursuit of March Madness!

Although, sadly, March Madness is winding down, the folks at Endless Simmer focused on the more important aspect of this time of year; That being, to abandon doing basketball brackets and actually ranking all 68 teams (who participated in the tournament this year) by what really is the best part of college: the greasy, cheesy, meaty, ridiculously over-the-top local foods that you would ever only consider eating if you were in college, celebrating a win, and…well, shnockered as all get out…
