Former State Rep. Terri Hodge Released From Prison

DALLAS (CBS 11 NEWS) – Former state representative Terri Hodge was released from prison Thursday afternoon.

She was involved in the Dallas City Hall corruption case.

Last February Hodge pleaded guilty to making false statements on her income tax return. In exchange for the plea she gave up her District 100 seat and was sentenced to one year in prison.

Hodge’s scheduled release date was in June.

    No one EVER serves a full sentence, for crimes. No wonder there is so much crime.
