Fire Fighters Douse Two-Alarm Grand Prairie Blaze

GRAND PRAIRIE (CBSDFW.COM) – Fire fighters got a 2-alarm blaze in the 1400 block of South Carrier Parkway under control just after 3 p.m. Sunday, roughly a half hour after it started.

A medic was called to the townhomes, although officials did not immediately indicate that anyone was injured in the fire, which broke out at about 2:30 p.m. Investigators are looking into what started it.
