Spot A Water Waster?

Many North Texans are being asked to conserve water during this historic Texas drought.

Cities are placing restrictions on water usage. Farmers and their livestock are suffering. Crops are dying. Lake levels are dropping and trees are falling over when their roots dry out.

But everyone may not be following the rules when it comes to conservation. If you see a situation where you think water is being wasted, CBS 11 News wants to investigate.
