New Ankles To Knees Pat-Downs At NFL Stadiums

NORTH TEXAS (CBSDFW.COM) – The security searches at Cowboys Stadium are about to get a lot more personal. Full-body pat-downs are coming to the NFL.

The switch, from above-the-waist pat downs to full-body searches, is happening in part because of the incident during the September 11 Dallas Cowboys football game in New York.

During the game a Cowboys fan got into an argument with Jets fans and hit several of them with a taser or stun gun.

The new searches are mandatory league wide and will begin with the football game at Cowboys Stadium on September 26.

The new security rule is expected to increase the amount of time spent waiting in line, so fans across the country are being encouraged to get to stadiums early.

“Ankles To Knees Pat-Downs” How is that a full-body pat down? What moron wrote that headline? Ankles-to-knees is a pretty damn short pat down.

there are those NFL fans who would pay the cost of cavity searches if thats what the NFL required. anything to see that game. then of course there are those who would pay for them even if they were not going to watch the game.

I quit my job, the TSA has no right to come in and tell private organizations to do (used to work at Dallas Cowboys Stadium)
