Jerry Jones Talks Cowboys Injuries, Romo’s Availability

DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) – The Dallas Cowboys owner and GM Jerry Jones confirmed on the FAN this morning that Miles Austin will not be playing Monday night.

He would not give any specific details as to whether or not Tony Romo will play, we believe he will, based on Garrett’s comments yesterday. Furthermore, Jerry would not deny that the Cowboys were aware of Romo’s punctured lung during the game.

Jerry I have a comment alot of Cowbpoy fans have:
since we do have the injuries in some of the most inportant parts of the team,
why don’t we look into the waiver wires for players that could step into the role until our players get well, or find someone to replace them if thats the case?
we can do what Philly did, but our way, we have injuries, sign nuys from the waiver wire to a one year deal and see if they can replace any of theses guys if they can’t get well enough to play

Everyone is dogging Romo…I think it’s time for the Owner to fire the GM…
