ARLINGTON (AP)  Delmon Young is back in the lineup for the Detroit Tigers after being added to their roster for the rest of the AL championship series.

Young replaces Magglio Ordonez, who re-fractured his right ankle.

Manager Jim Leyland says Young is fine and swinging good Monday before Game 2 at Texas. Young is listed in his customary No. 3 spot in the batting order.

Young initially was left off the ALCS roster with what was first described as a strained left oblique after the AL division series clincher Thursday.

Leyland still isn’t sure when and how Ordonez re-fractured the ankle that was surgically repaired in July 2010. Ordonez was lifted for a pinch-runner when Game 1 resumed after two rain delays Saturday night.

Anyone with tickets Sunday’s Game 2 will be able to use them for Monday.  As of 9:00 a.m. Monday morning tickets were still available on texasrangers.com and on stubhub.com.
