DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Oak Farms Dairy is offering a $10,000 reward for information in the murder of a Dallas hairdresser.

The body of Elizabeth Lightfoot was found early Friday morning in a burning car, behind a strip mall on Preston Road in far North Dallas.

Lightfoot was a hair stylist who worked at Salon Republic on Preston Road, not far from where her body was found.

According to friends, the young woman was at Yourway Burgers in Farmers Branch until about 12:30 Friday morning. Her burning car was found in the 16000 block of Preston Road less than two hours later.

Oak Farms Dairy will pay $10,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for Lightfoot’s death.
