Truck Vs. Train Spills Cereal On Roanoke Road

ROANOKE (CBSDFW.COM) – Breakfast, anyone?

Around 8:30 Monday night a train struck an 18-wheeler loaded with boxes of cereal near US Highway 377 and Henrietta Creek in Roanoke.

According to police, the truck had become stuck on the tracks and couldn’t move.  The driver was able to get out in time and no one on the train was hurt.

Crews spent the next several hours cleaning up the mess.

    Another truck driver loses their job – not paying attention to the railroad grade.

    Glad nobody was hurt though.
