DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Kim Kardashian has left Dallas, at least for now. She arrived in town on Tuesday to offer a helping hand for younger sister Khloe, who recently moved to North Texas along with her husband, Dallas Mavericks player Lamar Odom.

Although Kim’s visit was short, the sisters certainly made the most of their time together in Dallas. They were spotted shopping at Stanley Korshak on Wednesday, and visiting the Dallas World Aquarium. Khloe tweeted this picture of herself with a leopard.

The Kardashian duo was later in attendance Wednesday night at the Mavericks pounded the Phoenix Suns. An unnamed source told gossip website that Khloe and Kim were treated “like rock stars” at the American Airlines Center. Check out more pictures from the game.

The source went on to say that Mavs owner Mark Cuban went the extra mile to make sure that the Kardashians felt at home in Dallas. “The staff were told that if there was any type of anti-Kardashian sign or chant,” the source said, “that the fans would be reprimanded, removed and the signs taken away.”

CBS 11 News has not heard of any such instances arising at Wednesday’s game.

But then, just as quickly as she arrived, Kim vanished – returning to life in Los Angeles. In a tweet on Thursday, Kim said, “Its been real Dallas but there’s nothing like Home Sweet Home! Back on my LA grind!”

You can catch Kim’s journey to North Texas later this year on the E! Network. The second season of “Khloe & Lamar” is set to debut next month. Kim’s visit to Dallas will surely be a highly promoted episode. And do not be surprised if Kim returns to North Texas soon to visit her sister again, and get another episode in the can.

Who cares???? – if we’re lucky none of them will ever come back to Texas.

Don’t the Mavs have better things to do than babysit the Kartrashians! Big Dumbies. Yeah go ahead put a fan on reprimand for calling a skank a skank. You are just brilliant Bubba! GAG!

OMG! Like learn to spell: DUMMIES!
Just leave’m alone and if you don’t like, change the channel. Jeez, what is it with all the uptight hating attitudes? Sure, you argue no talent, fine, it’s just entertainment, and I don’t think someone would be “reprimanded” for having a sign like that as it would just make for better headers for the shows. Just change the channel, hit the x on the top right hand corner, or simply relax!!!

Gee. CBS!! or KTVT..have you read the comments at all? NO ONE cares about the KHardasians! MY friend Mike left the Mavericks game as well…where can I find the link to his story?

  8. CSB says:

I agree, Jim, and what this makes the DFW metroplex look like is a “city” filled with slack-jawed yokels who have never seen anyone remotely famous. It’s like we’re the magi discovering the Christchild or something. It really makes us look like a bunch of hicks when the news covers moronic “celebrity” stories like this. It’s not like “Tom Cruise spotted at Harry Winston, confirms most of the next Mission Impossible to be filmed in Dallas.” THAT would be bona fide celebrity news.
