CEDAR HILL (CBSDFW.COM) – Three people died in a Sunday morning fire at a home 1000 block of Suffolk Lane near Pleasant Run in the northeast corner of the city.
Fire fighters received the call just after 7 a.m.
“When they arrived, there were flames coming out of the window and front door,” said Corky Brown, Cedar Hill Public Information Officer.
Firefighters found three people inside. One was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other two were rushed to Charlton Methodist Hospital and died later.
“This was a family. All the people living there were related,” Brown said.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. However, Brown said that so far there are no indications of foul play.
