ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) – Since the tornado outbreak on April 3, an Arlington resident has made it her mission to reunite people with their memories.

Sandy Cooper has found pictures and other keepsakes among the tornado debris in Arlington.  Some pictures were found a mile away from the tornado’s path.

“As luck would have it, they came to me they found their way to me,” Cooper told CBS 11’s Arezow Doost nearly a week after the tornado hit.

Through hours of phone calls and asking questions, Sandy has been able to return most of the lost belongings.

However, she has hit a dead end with five small bags of pictures and memories.  Sandy is turning to CBS 11 and to help complete her mission.
