FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – A drive by shooting has sent a man to the hospital in serious condition.

Fort Worth Police say at around 5:20 a.m. Saturday morning police were called to the scene of a shooting on the 1300 block of NE 37th  Street.

Police say two men were sitting in their car when a black truck pulled up next to them,

Police say the suspects in the truck then spoke to the men in the car and then shot at them.

The car passenger was hit at least two times in the chest and legs. He was taken to the hospital and is in serious condition.

The driver was hit in the leg and is in stable condition.

Police are searching for the suspects.
