call this my supplemental blog…i’m on r&r…but i am so arrogant and my ego is so big…that in my warped mind…i think everyone gives a crap about what i think…even though most don’t…call it more than rumors…the arlington nine brass are working the phones like an out-sourcing new delhi switchboard operator…and they are fishing in high-tone waters…the big targets are zach grienke and cole hamels…both will be expensive…it might cost martin perez..tanner scheppers..and a combination of either leonys martin or mike olt…brewers gm doug melvin is stealthily saying he won’t make mistake he did with prince last year and get nothing…he knows the rangers farm system..and he’s gonna want an enormous bounty for grienke..the phillies must determine whether it’s white flag raising time..or hang in and risk losing hamels to free agency…huge questions for all involved…know this…my ranger spies say nolan and jd are at the poker table…have a ton of chips in front of them…and ready to play…vacation or not..i’m on it.
