GRAPEVINE (CBSDFW.COM) - Do you have a smartphone? Do you travel a lot? If you just answered ‘yes’ to both of those questions, then DFW International Airport might want your help.
The airport is searching for people to test out beta versions of its upcoming mobile app for the iPhone, iPad, Android and BlackBerry. Anyone who is planning to travel through the airport in October or November of this year — and regularly uses one of those devices — is eligible to participate in the testing. But only 100 people, representing “a variety of travel experience and mobile device usage,” are going to be accepted into the program.
The app is expected to be released to the public in January of next year.
