Plano Police Spokesperson David Tilley says 76-year-old Eula Pearl White went missing from her daughter’s apartment Saturday morning.
White stands as five feet and four inches, weighing about 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. White was last seen near a DART bust stop on Shiloh Road. At that time she was wearing a pink pullover shirt, a khaki and pink colored skirt and black clog-style shoes.
