Today’s lunch was at The Capital Grille on Crescent Court. I absolutely loved the atmosphere…dark wood walls, large old paintings , and a very attentive wait staff.
I began lunch with a delicious cup of clam chowder followed by a huge cheeseburger with homemade mayonaise. I finished lunch with a piece of Flourless Chocolate Espresso Cake.
My husband had a salad, salmon and homemade ice cream.
Not only is KRLD Restaurant Week an awesome deal, but it is a great way to give back to the community. A three course dinner will only run you $35 per person with $7 going to either the North Texas Food Bank or the Lena Pope Home…and new this year there is a three course lunch for only $25 per person with $5 dollars going to one of the two organizations.
