FRISCO (CBS 11 NEWS) – Justin Bracken owns Celebrity Tan and Boutique on Legacy Drive in Frisco. The 40-year-old now faces criminal allegations of peeping.

Police say Bracken secretly watched two teenage girls undress before tanning – a charge he denied to CBS 11 News Tuesday night.

“This is a safe, positive environment. These incidents are not happening here,” Bracken said.

Frisco Police arrested Bracken Tuesday at his tanning salon after receiving separate complaints from a 19-year-old and a 16-year-old.

“Both girls reported that the owner was looking over the top of the partition into the tanning area,” said Frisco Police Sgt. Brad Merritt.

An employee at a nearby business was there when officers arrested Bracken.

“Four five police officers came out. One of them had their guns drawn and arrested somebody from Celebrity tanning,” said Marvin McNeil.

Bracken says he was shocked when police showed up and he calls the allegations unfounded.

“Well I just think they’re unsubstantiated. They’re just simply not true,” Bracken said.

Frisco police say there could be more victims and are urging them to contact the Frisco police department.
