BURLESON (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Burleson are looking for the man who robbed a 7-Eleven convenience store clerk using a tire iron. The incident happened at about 2:30 a.m. Thursday morning in the 100 block of North Burleson Boulevard.
According to officials, the suspect’s head and arms were covered with trash bags when he entered the store with the tire iron in hand. Police believe that the trash bags may have been covering up tattoos that would have made him easily identifiable. The man walked in, demanded money from the clerk and left the store on foot, heading north.
Police have described the suspect as Hispanic or dark-skinned, about six feet tall with short black hair and clean shaven. He had on white socks and sandals at the time of the robbery.
