Updated 9/23/2012 7:53 p.m: The Dallas Police Department has identified both of the people who were found dead on Saturday. They have been identified as Simmie Lee Rochelle and Cemondria Williams.

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police are investigating the possible murders of a man and woman found dead in a north Dallas apartment.

Officers say, someone arrived at the home, on the 7100 block of Holly Hill, at 3:30 Saturday afternoon, concerned for a family member.

When no one answered, the person peeked through a glass patio door and spotted someone lying face down inside.

Police and paramedics forced their way in and discovered the two victims dead.
Investigators have not identified the victims.

A manager for the Park Villa apartment said police responded to a shooting at 5:30 that morning in the same section of the apartments, but cleared the scene.  He was uncertain if the shooting was related to the two deaths.

According to him, the complex had recently learned the people living in the apartment were not the same ones listed on the lease and that they were headed to court Wednesday, in an attempt to evict them.
