FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – The Fort Worth Police Department is investigating the arrest of Chief Jeff Halstead’s chief of staff.

According to a statement released by Halstead, Maj. Paul Henderson was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Saturday morning in Parker County.

Fort Worth Police Department’s Internal Affairs Division has placed Henderson on “restricted status” during the criminal and administrative investigation.
