CINCINNATI (AP) – Cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones says he has no love for the Cowboys, who let him go after one season that was disappointing all-around.
Jones has rebuilt his career with Cincinnati (7-5), which hosts Dallas (6-6) on Sunday. He’s thankful the Bengals gave him the chance after repeated suspensions while with Tennessee and Dallas. Jones is having one of his best seasons in years, playing regularly on defense and ranking among the NFL’s top punt returners.
Jones says he loves Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, but had other issues with the organization that he won’t rehash. He’s excited to play against them, and says he probably won’t sleep the night before the game at Paul Brown Stadium. Both teams need a win for their playoff hopes.
