DALLAS (CBDFW.COM) - Police are searching for a suspect they believe shot and killed a man as he sat in an east Dallas gas station parking lot.

Police say Victor Mondragon was murdered in the parking lot of Alon Gas Station, located at 9602 Scyene Road, on December 16, 2012.

The suspect police are looking for was captured on surveillance video shortly before the shooting. Police have posted that surveillance video of the suspect on YouTube. He is described as a black male wearing a black hoodie, white shirt, light colored slacks with a black belt and black tennis shoes with white trim and can be seen on the video around the :12 second mark.
