ARLINGTON (CBSDFW.COM) - The calendar says it is winter, but this weekend is all about the boys of summer. The Texas Rangers annual Fan Fest kicks off Friday at the Arlington Convention Center. There are plenty of activities and special guests planned to keep everyone excited, from the biggest baseball fan to the up-and-coming little leaguer.
