NORTH RICHLAND HILLS (CBSDFW.COM) – North Richland Hills Police have arrested a man for murdering his mother early Saturday morning.

Police say 23-year old Justin Cody Collins is charged with murdering his 45-year old mother Angela Lozano in their home. The cause of death is yet to be determined.

Another son of Lozano made the phone call to police to report the incident at their apartment in the 6700 block of Buenos Aires Drive.

After detectives interview Collins, they determined he would be taken into custody.

Collins remains jailed while he awaits his arraignment, police said in a statement.
