DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas police are asking the public to help identify a group of suspects responsible for burglarizing a Dallas liquor store last month.
Surveillance video from the scene shows a suspect tie a rope to the burglary bar doors. Another suspect, driving a light-colored truck, then pulled the doors from the building.
Two suspects entered the building with cardboard boxes, filled them with cigarettes, lottery tickets, and wine. The suspects then fled the scene.
The burglary took place at Speedy Beer and Wine store located at 1951 Singleton Boulevard on April 30.
One of the suspects is described as a black male who was wearing dark pants and a maroon hoodie. A second suspect, also a black male, was observed wearing a black coat, white baseball cap, long blue jean shorts and black shoes.
At least one additional suspect was in the truck, and police are unsure if more people were involved.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact Detective Kenneth Ellis at 214-670-7470.
