DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Dallas ISD announced on Tuesday that Chief of Communications Rebecca Rodriguez has resigned her position effective immediately.

Rodriguez, who has held the position for less than four months, is the second Chief of Communications to leave under Superintendent Mike Miles.

In a press release Miles wished Rodriguez well and said that, “the position of Chief of Communications will remain vacant for the time being.”

Miles has asked Jon Dahlander to represent the Communication Services Department at the cabinet level the release said.
