As far as Halloween this strong upper level low is pulling a strong cold front through north Texas tomorrow morning. We’ll have another wet commute before the front swings through mid-morning. Strong gusty winds turn to the west as the humiidty finally drops off and skies slowly clear. The temperature will start to drop late in the afternoon as the winds turn northwest.
