Police Investigate Three Overnight Deaths In Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Police in Dallas are investigating three deaths, which happened overnight. One of the deaths, according to police, was the result of foul play.
Officers found the body of a white woman in her fifties Sunday morning at Reverchon Park near Turtle Creek. The woman’s body didn’t have any outward signs of trauma. Investigators said they believe she died from medical reasons.
Three hours later, police found a dead woman at the Avalon Motel in the 1000 block of Fort Worth Avenue. She was a white female, believed to be in her twenties. The woman’s room mate told police she suffered from medical issues. The Dallas County Medical Examiner has yet to determine the cause of her death.
At 9 p.m. Saturday night, officers responded to a shooting in the 1500 block of Vida Court. They found Arturo Pelayo, 24, who suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and died at the scene. Detectives are interviewing a witness as the investigation continues.
